 This is an initial proposition to ask for SkyMedia funding for the
 "Diana FM" radio station. Diana FM will be the first UK mainstream media
 dedicated entirely to the Diana Industry. We initially intend to
 broadcast the content via digital radio, as this media is where our
 expertise lies. An accompanying web site will be spun off as a
 separate company within a year of the Diana FM brand name being
 established. 

 A tentative daily schedule of Diana FM would consist of:

 0700-0900 On this Day. John Humphrys reports and analyses Princess
 Diana's activities -- had she still been with us today. 0800-0810
 Thought for the Day: Tony Blair praises Diana the Madonna.

 0900-1000 Call Martyn Lewis. Listeners tell Martyn how Princess Diana
 changed their lives.

 1000-1100 Womens Hour. Cyber-feminist Julie Burchill analyses Diana's
 fight against the patriarcal society.

 1100-1130 Road Safety. '50s feature by the Dept of Health. Sponsored
 by Mercedes Fast Cars.

 1300-1400 News. Reports on Princes Harry and Williams. Plus a special
 report on Diana Fund-financed charities.

 1400-1500 Elton's Hour. Pop star Elton John spins the discs with Diana
 tributes. Today's guest stars include Simply Red and Jose Carreras.

 1800-1900 Diss Charles. Your chance to have-a-go. Phone lines to
 Buckingham Palace open at 1700. Hosted by Swampy of the UK
 Republican-Anarchist Party.

 1900-2000 Diana and Dodi Forever. DJ de Caprio spins the Lurve Hour
 toons.

 We are asking for an initial exploratory funding of $500,000,000. This 
 will be spent on analyzing the business model, patenting 
 technology and trips to the Bahamas Islands. Financial and other
 support to the tune of $90,000,000 has already been promised to us
 from the Diana Memorial Fund, The Al Fayed Foundation, Mercedes-Benz
 Foundation No. 3 and the Elton John-Lloyd Webber Musical Charities.
